Sisters Against Drive-Bys ( S.A.D.) is a non-profit organization.

Our goal is to stop gun violence in communities of color while promoting self-love and equity.

Our mission is to stop gun violence in the inner cities and communities of color, through prevention and Intervention, by promoting higher education along with creating generational equity and wealth.

A contributing factor of gun violence in communities of color is lack of education, mental health, sex trafficking, drug abuse, gang violence and poverty. The disparities that exist in our society must be addressed in a way that will bring the gun-violence rate down, make education a priority and self-sustainability obtainable.

Our organization exists to address the issues that plague our community.

S.A.D. will focus on male and female Prevention and Intervention for young adults ages 17-27.  The organization will do so by providing scholarships, access to resources, and training & education.

Our hope is that by taking this approach we will promote self-love, self-worth and self-respect within our community, thus directly and indirectly lessening the effects of and lowering the rate of gun violence.
