Kristy Ann Roby

A mother was murdered April 29, 2011 on 57th and Wilton Ave in Los Angeles, CA.

Her name was Kristy.

Kristy was 32 years old when she was gunned down while sitting in her car. Finishing a day of work, she was meant to start her drive home in the company of an out-of-town friend. She had just given birth to a baby girl, 18 months before time of her passing. Kristy had also recently relocated to her home state of California to begin her new career as a Dental Hygienist, and was soon to be married. Kristy was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, fiancé, aunt, cousin and friend.

"She was very loyal and was the life of the party."

Kristy’s driving passion was putting her mind to a task and unfolding with the process that came with getting it accomplished. Everywhere that Kristy went, she found someone to know. There was never a passing day where she wasn't checking on and extending care to those in her life. The loss of her life leaves a ripple that will never get to reach full potential.

Kristy's daughter is survived by her now teenage daughter.

Kristy's mother, father, brother, and nephew have since passed away, along with their hope of her unsolved murder being brought to justice.
